We are here to assist you with building your dream home. We have three different construction programs available for you. All of which allow you to purchase the home itself directly from the manufacturer using our contracted relationship. This will save you thousands of dollars. Program One: You manage the project with our assistance or hire a local contactor to manage the project. We’ll help you with every step of the process from budgeting to subcontractor selection to competition. With modular construction, when the modules arrive at the building site, the home is normally 80% complete. If you can manage a check book and use a phone, you can manage your own project. You must have the time to do so. This method offers the greatest amount of cost savings and has been the most chosen process for hundreds of our families who have built their homes looking to save as much money as possible. Program Two: The Hybrid. If you are looking to save on the cost of the modular home, but not available to participate with the management, then the hybrid option may be for you. You control the money and we manage the project. We will assign one of our construction managers to oversee the entire process for the duration of the construction. You are still involved with the design and the selection of options for your new home. Best of all, you still can purchase your home directly from the factory enjoying huge savings. Program Three: We complete the entire project for you. What is commonly known as “turn-key”. We will hire, pay, and supervise all of the subcontractors. All of the construction funds pass through our company, as we work with your lending institution on a draw basis. You simply work with us on designing the home and the selection of options and we do the rest. With this program you still are able to purchase your home factory direct.
